Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipping back to us will be at the clients expense.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 amount of days.
Terms and Conditions for Rentals, Experiences, Trips and Lessons
Payment in full will be made before commencement of my activity - I will show up for my appointment at least 15 minutes before the start time to sign in and get prepared
Showing up late will result in loss of that portion of the activity, times can not be extended A ‘No Show’ for any activity will result in the full cost of the activity being charged for and can not be refunded or rescheduled
Blue Ocean Sports Training Services LLC reserve the right to cancel activities in the case of unsuitable or adverse weather conditions. This is in consideration of client experience and safety and we will always reschedule
Cancellation Policy (Trips - EVOJet/Fishing): 50% Penalty – Up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled charter time 100% Penalty – Within 24 hours of the scheduled charter time
Cancellation Policy (Trips - Yacht/Boat): 50% Penalty – Up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled charter time 100% Penalty – Within 72 hours of the scheduled charter time
Cancellation Policy (Lessons, Rentals & Experiences): Cancellation by the client MUST be advised of before 8pm of the previous day to avoid a penalty which will be charged at 50% of the activity fee (eg. 1 hour will be charge for a 2 hour lesson). If later than 8pm there is 100% cancellation fee
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded except in the case of warranty issues
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
