Clearance Sale (29th Jan 2026 to 7th February 2026) Terms and Conditions

Sale Period and Eligibility

These Clearance Sale Terms apply only to any items designated as "Clearance," showing "Discounted," prices from the original RRP and appear in the Clearance Deals collection or any other collection on www.blue-ocean-sports.com. The sale runs while stocks last and may end without notice.

Pricing and Availability

All clearance prices are final and are discounted from original prices. Prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Items are sold subject to availability; we may cancel or refuse orders if stock is unavailable or if errors occur.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept it (and form a contract) upon sending you an order confirmation notification. Payment must be made in full at checkout via the accepted methods. We use Stripe secure payment processing; you are responsible for any transaction fees. Payment can be made by transfer but we can only confirm the order once payment is received in our account.

Shipping and Delivery

Clearance items follow our standard shipping policy (check our main Shipping page for details). Delivery times are estimates only and we will do our best to ship as fast as we can. Alternatively, collection can be arranged mutually from JA Public Beach between 2pm & 5.30pm daily. We are not liable for delays due to, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

Returns and Refunds – Clearance Items

Due to the discounted nature of clearance items (often last season, end-of-line, or overstock). All clearance sales are final — No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted except in cases of:

  • Proven manufacturing defects (reported within 7 days of receipt).
  • Incorrect item shipped (wrong product, size, or quantity).
    **Please note that we can not offer any warranty for kite and wing bladders or valves**

For eligible returns (defects or errors only), items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery (shorter than our standard policy to reflect clearance status).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item. No cash refunds; store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Non-clearance items purchased alongside clearance items follow our regular returns policy (refer to our main Refund Policy page).

Warranties and Manufacturer Guarantees

Clearance items come with the full manufacturer warranty (as stated on product pages, e.g., Naish or other brands - except in the case of inflatable bladders and valves). We do not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. Liability Limitation

We may update these Clearance Sale Terms at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
